Facebook added voice calling feature in its Facebook messenger mobile app in January 2013. However, most people didn’t know about it because it was not clearly visible. But, the app has undergone some improvements recently (early April 2014), and now, the call button is right next to contact’s name.
Just install Facebook Messenger mobile app and enjoy free calls, here’s the link.
Note: The feature of free calling isn’t yet available in Facebook Messenger for web.
